By placing your order on our website, on the phone, or in person at our store, you are hereby representing to us that you are at least 18.\u00a0Upon delivery, we may require you to sign for your order to confirm your age. We operate a &#8220;Challenge 25&#8221; policy which means that, even if you are over 18 years&#8217; old but look under 25, you should expect to be asked for some proof of age at point of delivery.\u00a0Deliveries to address are fulfilled by a 3rd party courier. If, upon delivery, there is no one at the delivery address to receive your Order or if the third party reasonably suspects the signee is under 18 we will not be able to leave the Products.<\/p>\n<div><strong>Drink Aware<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Alcohol can damage your health if consumed irresponsibly. Please moderate your drinking and stick within government guidelines. Despite this, if there is any problem with a product or delivery from us, please contact us and we shall endeavor to help in whatever way we can.\u00a0All risk of loss and damage to a product passes to you upon shipment of the product purchased. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of VAT.<\/p>\n<div><strong>Order Confirmation<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>You will be notified by email as soon as we receive your order. Please ensure that you enter your email address on the order form. If we have any queries regarding your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If there are any disparities between the details that you have given us and records held to check against fraud, we may not dispatch goods until you have returned any queries that we have made to the contact details you have given.<\/p>\n<div><strong>Goods Out of Stock<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>If you place an order and the goods are out of stock, we will inform you ASAP via email or telephone. Please ensure that you submit your correct email and telephone details on the order form. We may ask for:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"1064\">\n<li>\n<p role=\"presentation\">A photo of the damage,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p role=\"presentation\">The affected bottle to be returned (we\u2019ll cover postage in this case),<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p role=\"presentation\">The bottle to be at least three-quarters full so we can assess the issue.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Where appropriate, we will offer a<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>replacement<\/b>,<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>credit<\/b>, or<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>full refund<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Corked or Faulty Wines<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We understand that faults can occasionally occur in natural products like wine. We offer credit or replacement for corked or otherwise faulty bottles, provided the wine has been stored in appropriate conditions and the bottle is at least three-quarters full. Please retain the bottle and contact us to discuss next steps.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Incorrect Orders<\/b><\/p>\n<p>If we send you the wrong wine in error, please contact us within<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>7 days<\/b>\u00a0and we\u2019ll arrange for collection and replacement at no cost to you.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"b393\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-b393\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Loyalty Scheme Terms and Conditions<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-b393\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The scheme is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are UK residents.<\/li>\n<li>Trade customers and wholesale accounts are not eligible to participate.<\/li>\n<li>By joining, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Membership<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Membership is free and no purchase is necessary to join.<\/li>\n<li>New members can join our scheme by requesting a card at any of our retail stores.<\/li>\n<li>Each customer may only hold one loyalty account. Accounts are non-transferable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Earning Points<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will earn 1 point for every \u00a31 spent on eligible products, either online or instore.<\/li>\n<li>In order to earn points, your purchase must be registered against your account.
