If you have purchased tickets to an event but can no longer attend, please let us know no later than 48 hours before the event for a full refund. If you inform us later than this we will only issue a refund if we are able to resell your tickets. In the unlikely event that a tasting is cancelled by OWC, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.<\/p>\n
