Join Katy Barker and Rebecca Preece for an evening of fizz, fun and frolics in the Jericho Wine Rooms to celebrate the Jubilee in style!
We will be popping six different sparkling wines over the course of the evening, each made using the Champagne method, but grown throughout the world. We’ll even test the quality of English sparkling wine by pitting it in a blind tasting against a Champagne. Over the course of the evening, you’ll learn exactly what makes a brilliant bottle of bubbles.
Katy and Rebecca are both working towards the WSET’s highest level, the Diploma, and as such they really know their stuff and are perfectly placed to guide you through the six wines. Perhaps more importantly, however, they both love a good glass of fizz!
So, join us in kicking off the bank holiday in style, and raise a glass of fizz to Liz!
