Delivery

Our delivery service is free for almost all orders, fast, and efficient. The majority of deliveries are made by our own team of friendly drivers.

OWC Van

Free local delivery on all orders over £40

This includes all OX postcodes, plus GL7, HP 18, RG 8-9, SN 6-7.

Local orders under £40 will be charged a £5 delivery fee.

Free nationwide delivery on all orders over £75

Orders under £75 will be charged a £10 courier fee.

Additional charges are incurred for the following postcodes:

  • TD & DG – £2
  • AB10-56; FK19-21; IV1-20; IV21-24; IV25; IV26-28; IV30-37; IV40; IV52-54; IV63; PA21-35; PA36; PA37-39; PA40; PH15-26; PH30-41; PH49-50; KW1-14 – £10
  • HS1-9; IV41-51; IV55-56; KA27-28; KW15-17; PA20; PA41-49; PA60-78; PH42-44; ZE1-3 – £35
  • Isle of Wight – £45
  • Channel Islands – £40
  • Northern Ireland & Eire – Please email us for a quote

We offer a free click and collect service at any of our four retail stores. When you place your order, you will be asked to select a collection date. However, we are often quicker than this, so please watch your email for a dispatch notice which will let you know that your order is on its way.

Please bring identification with you when you come to collect.

  • Local deliveries can take as little as 24 hours, although will generally be with you within two to three working days.
  • Nationwide delivery times generally vary from 24 hours to 2-3 working days, depending on where you are.
  • We do not offer named day delivery as a rule, although if you contact us directly we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
  • We may be able to accept your international order, depending on the location.
  • Please request a quote by email, providing us with the full delivery address.
  • We will advise you of an approximate delivery time frame and cost by return email.
  • We will contact you to let you know if your order is out of stock.
  • You will be offered three options:
    • To wait until the product you have ordered is back in stock
    • To change to an appropriate replacement
    • A full refund
  • It is possible for some local deliveries to be made on a Saturday, but please contact us by email or on 01865 301144 before placing your order to confirm.
  • There is a £30 surcharge for Saturday deliveries made by courier.
