Planteray Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple – £38.50 £34.65 – It’s cocktail time with this premium pineapple-steeped rum. Keep it simple with lime and sugar or go equal parts vermouth and Campari for a Caribbean twist on the Negroni.

Domaine Chatzivaritis, Migma Pét-Nat Rosé, Goumenissa 2022 – £32.50 £29.25 – Fresh, zesty and gently sparkling Greek rosé with lashings of berries and (hear me out) an oddly agreeable hint of steak tartar!

Joseph Cattin Tradition Gewürztraminer, Alsace 2022 – £15.75 £16.65 – Check this out! Gewurztraminer is like no other grape – Intense, Aromatic, Exotic flavours of rose, honey and lychee on a dry, full bodied palate. Try this with Asian food. Awesome!

Val Delle Rose ‘Rosamante’ Morellino Di Scansano DOCG 2023 – £15.75 £14.18 – Like Chianti? This is like Chianti!From southern Tuscany where they call the Sangiovese grape Morellino. Juicy cherries, raspberries and violets – a perfect red for sunshine days ‘al fresco’!

Bollinger Special Cuvée Champagne NV – £57.00 £51.30 – Celebrating? Or just a treat? Bolly’s appeal comes from the red berry pinot noir flavours that dominate the blend. Richly textured and complex, too. A luxury champagne!

Terra D’Alter Alicante Bouschet, Alentejo 2022£16.50 £14.85 – Just back from a road trip across the Alentejo. This is new and made from ‘Alicante Bouschet’ grape. Deep concentrated, chocolaty, and spicey….Try something new!

Flint Vineyards Précoce, Norfolk 2024 £21.50  £19.35 – New to us from Norfolk. Using a clone of the Pinot Noir grape more suitable to UK climate. Serve chilled.

Montagny 1er Cru ‘Grappes’ Feuillat-Juillot 2023 £35.75  £32.18 – A classic Burgundian Chardonnay with a vibrant mineral backbone.

Bodegas Barbadillo Sábalo, Vino de la Tierra de Cádiz£18.75 £16.88 – A characterful white from the Spanish south coast for anyone looking for something a little different. Bright citrus, green apple and subtle stone fruit notes lead into a palate that’s crisp, saline and beautifully refreshing.

Ciabot Berton Fisetta, Barbera d’Alba DOC 2023 – £19.75 £17.78 – A juicy, vibrant Italian red that punches well above its weight. Bursting with ripe cherry and blackberry fruit, it’s smooth, vibrant and incredibly food-friendly. And heading into summer, it is the perfect wine to enjoy chilled on a warm evening.

Select Aperitivo – £19.50 £17.55 – Spirtz season is upon us and this is my drink of choice! This is a classic Venetian aperitivo, which brings vibrant orange, herbal bitterness and just the right amount of sweetness.

Ten Minutes by Tractor 10X Pinot Noir, Mornington Peninsula 2024 £35.00 £31.50 – An excellent expression of one of my favourite grape varieties!

Barboglio De Gaioncelli Franciacorta Brut NV – £31.00 £27.90 – 100% Pinot Noir, this is a wonderful traditional method Blanc de Noirs!

M. Chapoutier St Joseph Rouge, Les Granilites 2021 – £36.50 £32.85 -I’ve recently returned from lovely trip travelling through the Northern Rhone and a visit to M Chapoutier was a highlight. This St Joseph is full of red and black fruits with a pepper spice. This isn’t too heavy for the summer and can be enjoyed with or without food.

Campari Bitter – £22.75 £20.48 – A great staple for the cupboard for the summer months for Negronis and Campari spritz.

Ciabot Berton Alissa Favorita, Langhe DOC 2025 – £19.75  £17.78 – A great example of the less-know variety Favorita (closely related to Vermentino!) Fresh and zesty with citrus & orchard fruits with a touch of floral aromas.

Tio Pepe Fino En Rama Saca 2026 £21.50 £19.35 – This year’s En Rama! Packed with citrus peel and toasted almonds with a super salty finish. The perfect aperitif.

Niepoort Nat Cool Drink Me Bairrada Tinto 2023£23.50 £21.15 – Follow the instructions on the bottle: Drink Me. The perfect wine for a summer party – lively, fresh, packed with red fruits and 1 litre!

Beyra Natural Biologico, Beira 2021 – £23.50 £21.15 – An organic low intervention blend of red indigenous grapes. These grapes are grown in high altitude vineyards in the mountainous interior of central eastern Portugal. Expect a fruity nose with notes of cherry and raspberry elevated with floral notes of rose petal and wild herbs. On the palate lots of red berry fruits with a bright freshness and soft tannins.

Ciabot Berton Le Macaline Rosato, Langhe 2025 – £19.75 £17.78 – A vibrant and fruity Rosé made from 100% Nebbiolo by a small family run winery in Piedmont. Aromas of raspberry and redcurrants with floral notes of rose and violet, leading to tangy, refreshing red fruits with a hint of watermelon and a slight spiciness on the palate. A super balance between fruit and acidity gives a wonderful refreshing wine that would make a delicious aperitif for a sunny evening!

Cecchi Spargolo Sangiovese, Toscana IGT 2024 – £11.50 £10.35 – Notes of mouth-watering cherry, dried herbs, and spice mingle with bright acidity and soft tannins for a food-friendly finish.

Val Delle Rose Il Ciliegiolo, Maremma Toscana DOC 2021 – £20.45 £18.45 – Bursting with ripe cherry, raspberry and plum, with soft tannins, a touch of spice, and a round, supple mouthfeel – utterly moreish.

Alhambra Lager – £2.95 £2.66 – Powerful hoppy nose, with a palate full of flavour and body. Notes of citrus and lightly toasted malt. Packs a punch!

Domaine Gayda Chemin de Moscou, Pays d’Oc 2022 – £28.50 £25.65 – A classic crisp clean tasting Chablis made from unoaked Chardonnay. Drink chilled either on its own in the sunshine or with fine poultry, veal escalope or cheese.

Domaine de la Madone Picpoul de Pinet 2022 – £13.75 £12.38 – A classic Picpoul in its distinctive ‘Neptune’ bottle. From the south of France right beside the Mediterranean it pairs beautifully with all kinds of seafood. Interestingly Picpoul is the base wine of the french vermouth Noilly Prat.

Chamonix Feldspar Pinot Noir 2023 – £23.50  £21.15 – An elegant and savoury Pinot Noir, that takes me right back to the Chamonix tasting room on the foothills of the Franschhoek mountains in sunny South Africa. Notes of wild berries and red cherries, with lashings of baking spice and a hint of violet. A delectable taste of home!

Cascina del Monastero Bianco, Langhe DOC 2021 – £19.75 £17.78 – It’s not every day you find a Viognier from Italy, but when you do you should absolutely try it! Medium-bodied, with a pithy texture on the palate and a lovely rose petal aroma on the nose. Dangerously drinkable…

Bodegas Baigorri Rioja Crianza 2020 – £24.50  £22.05 – A wonderful, structured and complex crianza bursting with red fruit, silky tannins, and with a long, elegant finish.

Henriques & Henriques 5 Year Old Single Vineyard Verdelho NV – £19.00  £17.10 – An incredibly easy-to-drink Madeira with great complexity – rich and spiced with a long finish that makes you think of Christmas in any season… Try pairing with creamy pastry desserts or aromatic and spicy dishes!

Bodegas Baigorri Barrel Fermented White Rioja 2020 – £27.75  £24.98 – Rich and creamy – a fun alternative if you like an oaky Chardonnay! Perfect with grilled seafood, pork, creamy pastas, with refreshing notes of ripe pear, apple, lemon peel, and soft tropical notes, all with vanilla, almond, and subtle spice. Very easy to drink!

La Despensa País, Colchagua Valley 2022 – £22.75  £20.48 – Ever tried a red wine with a distinct peachy character? Me neither, till I opened one of these! An organic, chillable style of red showing notes of wild strawberry, sour cherry and fresh peaches. Perfect for those looking to challenge their preconceptions around lighter red wines.

Hans Wirsching Iphöfer Kronsberg Scheurebe Alte Reben Premier Cru dry 2020  – £36.00  £32.40 – A super underrated variety named “Scheurebe”, a cross between Riesling and Silvaner. This wine is intensely fruity, dry and almost impossible to ignore due to its strange bottle shape. If you’re daring enough, this wine will impress for sure!

Château Carbonneau Nouveau Souffle Clairet, Sainte Foy 2025 – £15.75  £14.18 – Literally my favourite thing on a sunny day. Not much else to be said, buy it and drink it cold!
