When we think about brandy, there’s one name that decisively springs to mind, and that’s Cognac. But unbeknownst to many there’s brandy produced in the majority of the world’s grape growing regions. For this tasting we’re going to hone in on some of our favourite examples, expand upon the culture, take a look at who’s making it, how it’s made and who is drinking it and how it’s being drunk.As always we’ll discuss some of the industry’s hot topics as well as delving into the history of this fantastic product.
