We are very excited to announce that winemaker and sommelier Mariana Onofri will join us for a tasting from her boutique Mendoza project which focuses on sustainability, small-scale and minimal intervention winemaking.
From the desert vineyards of historic Lavalle to the high-altitude terroirs of Los Chacayes, this tasting will explore two contrasting sides of Mendoza through four wines.
Working across eight hectares, Mariana grafts Mediterranean varieties onto vines of up to 80 years old, producing distinctive wines that reflect a deep understanding of terroir and expressive winemaking.
The tasting will begin at 8pm. Please feel free to arrive from 7:50pm.
Please note that this event will be held downstairs at The Oxford Wine Cellar on the High Street. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the building, this is not accessible by wheelchair.
