Exton Park are an award-winning sparkling wine producer in Hampshire. Their wines are produced from meticulously tended estate-grown fruit, aged and blended to perfection to create their signature Reserve Blends.
We are so excited to be welcoming winemaker Corinne Seely to The Jericho Wine Rooms to take us through the Exton Park range. Her approach marries art and science, drawing on experience gained in Bordeaux where she started her career as winemaker at the prestigious grand cru classé Domaine de Chevalier before becoming consultant winemaker around the world. She spent time in Australia, the Languedoc and the Douro before finally discovering England. She says: “For me, joining Exton Park is like reading books your whole life then being given the opportunity to write one.”
We’ll be pairing the wines with some specially selected cheeses, sourced from our friends down the road at The Jericho Cheese Company. This promises to be a very special tasting – we’ll see you there!
