We were delighted to welcome Andrea Cecchi, fourth generation of the Cecchi family and owner of the Maremma estate Val delle Rose to The Jericho Wine Rooms this week. Andrea brought us a taste of Tuscan sunshine on this chilly November evening, with a fascinating presentation of six wines. As we tasted, we discovered the influences that different maturation vessels can have on a wine, learnt about the impact of climate change on viticulture in Maremma, and thought about some mouth-watering food pairing options for the wines on show.
